In year 2003, three like minded persons join their hands together with one aim and burning desire to somehow fill up (to what so ever extent) the gap between the laptops' service expected/required (in the Indian context) and the laptop service actually available to the end users. (Eventually it was expanded to all other IT hard ware)
In India, product service requirements are different as compared to the western users of these equipments. In western part of the world most of the people believe in using a product to its shelf life and then just discarding it for a new and better product. But in India people have an emotional value attached to what ever they buy and own. This is true for the group of products we are talking here (IT HARDWARE). Many times the so called Industry leaders of these IT HARDWARE products have forced an average Indian consumer to discard the product with minor or major part problems and pushed newer models at steep prices. The conditions are being created such that a helpless consumer has no option but to scum to the pressure.
It was observed by the founder directors of this company that 80% of these so called unserviceable and non repairable laptops can actually be restored to their full working condition with minor/ major repairs at the component level (some times even parts also are not required)
With this vision this company was founded with a small initial investment of few thousand rupees. Today this dream and vision is gaining strength and clarity every day.
We approached many large and small companies and explained the concept but it was tough to convince them that we can do what the manufacturers have refused to do.
With a team of three dedicated engineers our founder Directors kept relentless pursuit and convincing to these corporates. Our efforts were rewarded when some of the companies relented and handed over laptops and other hardware items to us (those were already junked) for repair, just to test our claims. We repaired them to their full working potential to the biggest surprise to the bosses of these corporates .Our credibility was established and hence began a relationship with these corporates based on values, truthfulness and commitments. This lead these corporates not only making us their preferred service partners to their all IT Hardware of any make and model but also a preferred supplier of new equipments and spare parts
